CORE PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide timeous PC/Network based solutions to meet customer’s hardware, software and network requirements and needs and assist them in the use of such solutions and maintain these solutions.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• To provide support for end users IT devices, software and hardware requirements
• To provide support for computer laboratories with software, hardware and network requirements
• Provide consultation services to ICT end users.
• To assist with moving of ICT related equipment and consumable between locations.

• Matric or equivalent IT qualification.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT will be an added advantage.
