With an in-dept knowledge of service management frameworks, principles, and processes , Develop system process automation ,ITSM processes, improve systems performance and optimize resource capacity Assists users with tier 1 hardware and software issues with Troubleshooting capacity , ability to diagnose hardware and resolve. Utilize known- error database to resolve trouble shooting .Assists with application support as required. Provides assistance via remote applications to users in the regions.
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric, + A, + N+, ITIL Foundation or studying towards an IT Qualification
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Extensive background in troubleshooting hardware and application issues on Windows platforms is required.
• Basic knowledge of Gaming regulations
• Requires specialized knowledge of IT systems, service delivery, infrastructure and project management
