JOB SUMMARY · Support the Brand manager on strategy and execution for Wuhu & UniShop · Derive insight from platform data · Create data driven member engagement based on platform data · Collaborate with Member & Performance Managers and Performance Analyst · Daily point of contact for all future retail and syndication partners. · Management and oversight of all member acquisition communications and marketing · Produce and optimise member engagement strategy · Key point of contact for all Category Managers, Brand Managers, Customer Teams, Digital Leads, and Stakeholders · Daily execution of tasks relating to Unilever IT, Data Governance, Plutus, OCR suppliers, global technical stakeholders · Creative agency daily management to deliver member recruitment and engagement · Budget management of opex & rewards treasury · Daily management of the ongoing technical enhancements KEY REQUIREMENTS · Digital Marketing execution experience (BB Marketing or Shopper Marketer) · Internal candidate or recent ex-UL candidate · Proficient in managing UL BMI Budget · Proficient in Data analysis to derive actionable insight · Proficient in management of a Digital Marketing Agency to execute plan on time in full · Working knowledge of our brands and categories as this role is cross category and cross brand for total Unilever · Experience working closely with Customer teams, Marketing teams and Shopper Marketing teams – key stakeholders · Ideally some experience of managing Technology Development/Software/App suppliers to deliver against the brief on time in full · Would be ideal if candidate has worked in more than one of our Categories.
